We're Todd and Nicole Sechrest — a husband-and-wife real estate team operating under Sechrest Property Group with eXp Realty. We grew up in the West Valley. Peoria is home. But we go wherever our clients need us — from Wickenburg to Show Low, Scottsdale to Tucson.

Todd has been licensed since 2015. Nicole since 2019. Together we've closed more than 300 transactions, $100 million in volume, and we sit in the top 1% of Arizona agents. We closed 54 homes in 2025 — ranging from $13,500 to $4 million. Every bit of it came from people who know us, trust us, and send us their friends. Zero purchased leads. One hundred percent referrals and repeat clients.

Todd is the boots-on-the-ground operator: in the field, negotiating, problem-solving, showing up on-site when most agents would send a text. Nicole runs the business behind the scenes — systems, organization, client experience — while also raising our kids. Together we built something most teams can't: a brokerage that runs like a business and treats clients like family.
